Before I get into my background story, I wanted to share how excited I am to be undertaking this project: how to find happiness.
I’ve only recently (within the last week) finished reading the book which I’m using as the central focus for making positive changes in my life. I feel very enthusiastic about getting started.
And in case you didn’t notice the giant banner off to the right, the book is called How To Be Rich And Happy. You couldn’t miss it really, could you?
Just making the decision to take such a positive step was a real relief because I was immediately able to look forward and see a better future for myself.
The decision for me to buy the book in the first place was an easy one. I already knew of Tim Brownson’s work through his life coach website A Daring Adventure and having purchased his previous book “Don’t Ask Stupid Questions – There Are No Stupid Questions”, I knew that I wasn’t going to be disappointed.
This post is not intended as a review of the book, but as someone who has read lots of books in the self-development genre, I can tell you that the information contained within, draws together much of the established (albeit fragmented) wisdom whilst also adding new thinking and information.
I really like that it’s up to date, it’s current and relevant to our times and even better, there’s no fluff or filler – which makes it ideal or my purposes and for anyone else seeking a framework of clear steps to finding happiness.
What I needed was a structure to work to – a ready reference to keep me on track. To date I haven’t found another book that ties it all together in the way How To Be Rich and Happy does.
I can’t tell you whether you should buy it, that’s a decision for you, all I can do is tell you that I like it and I believe it can work for me – what’s more it’s my firm intention to prove it here on this site.
If you like what I'm doing here, please:
1. Buy The Book

Thank you, Andy
